Returns & Refunds Policy

At Calma Nutrition, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@calmanutrition.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item sent by us
  • A verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
